The endurance horse race consists in riding a given distance in the allotted time, suffice to say that this is a particular exercise for the rider as well as the horse! This exceptional discipline leads to a popular and public event held on Sunday October 29 in the Bois de Boulogne, for the 4th edition of the “20km à Cheval de Paris”!
Open to all, riders, para-equestrians and valid riders, the 20km trial in the Bois de Boulogne has to be completed in 1h45 and will be secured by riders from the Republican Guard.
An initiative from the Centre Equestre du Polo de Paris allowing to promote riding sport, outdoor activities and allowing young riders to take part in their first competition!
The departure is given at 8:30 a.m.: two observation points allow you to watch the race, at the end of the inland lake (refreshment area on the same spot) and at the starting and arriving spot Route d’Auteuil aux Lacs (facing the Auteuil racetrack).
