During the winter vacations, the Musée des Arts Forains is open to families, by reservation only, every day from February 1 to March 8, 2020.
Come and visit with your family the most secret museum of the capital. Nestled in the heart of the former wine cellars of Bercy, the Pavillons de Bercy, now the Musée des Arts Forains, houses a unique collection of entertainment objects and curiosities staged on the themes of cabinets of curiosities, the Venice carnival, the Extraordinary Gardens and the Belle Époque fairground.
Its founder, Jean-Paul Favand, explains: "Laughter and festivity had no museum, whereas there are many museums that show war. I have created a dream world that would be nothing without the public that brings it to life."
By reservation only, visit the Museum of Fairground Arts, with an actor guide who will take you on a 1.5-hour tour to discover the world of the fairground, through the many objects that have marked its history.
Fun and participative visits to be experienced with family or friends, with rides on old merry-go-rounds and automaton shows.
A timeless museum that offers a unique collection of 19th and 20th century entertainment objects.
