Trailer for Apaches de Paris :

Synopsis of the Apaches of Paris experience:

The pitch is crystal-clear: you're invited to have a drink and party at the Café Grévin, a bar dating back to the early 1900s, when Parisian gangsters had their stronghold. Embark on an immersive and eventful evening in this Belle Époque bar, lasting 1h30, during which you'll see two Apache gangs, the Loups de la Butte and the Tombeurs de la Goutte d'Or, attempt to take over the premises and turn it into their new HQ.

As for the bar, the experience includes two period drinks (wine, beer, suze, absinthe...) to get you in the mood. Eight comedians are also on hand to enchant you with a unique journey through time. Note also that this adventure is accessible to PRM, and that you must be of legal age to take part. "Since our creation, we've always made a point of making our experiences accessible and instructive to all, so that people can always leave our creations not only amazed, but saying 'I've learnt something'", explains Maël Magat, one of the founders of Sculpteurs de Rêves.

Our test of the Apaches de Paris experience:

An experience that the editors were able to try out. And we're not going to lie, we were far from expecting something so gripping and immersive. When you arrive, you're greeted by a policeman in period uniform, who explains the rules and gives you a small ticket with a character on it for you to play (nothing too elaborate, rest assured, especially for those who prefer to stand back and watch the immersion, although active participation is strongly encouraged. For others, it's up to you to develop your character as you see fit).

You then enter in small groups (with your own group or mixed with others, with whom you'll have to spend the evening solving small investigations), in different stages, for a very interesting gradual immersion. Once inside, the immersion is total: breathtaking decor, actors already in place and performing... the trip back in time is immediate. Then it's time to sit down and celebrate, alongside the actors who will talk to each group about their life among the Apaches, their function within the band, and little indiscretions that will be very useful in accomplishing the various missions you'll have to carry out throughout the evening.

This immersion extends beyond the main room, too, as you may encounter people in hidden corners, out of sight. In short, it's a full house in this respect. On the show side, fans of immersive theater will be delighted, and the curious will undoubtedly develop a definite interest: various and participative interludes, dance, street-fighting training... Plenty to keep you busy all evening.

As for drinks, there are two per person (included in the price of the ticket), which can be ordered by the whole table directly from the bar, prolonging the immersion. We were tempted by a "Fond de culotte", made with Suze and Cassis (you may have understood the pun...), as well as an amber Saint-Raphaël. Two lovely propositions that we can only recommend to you. Note that after the experience, you're welcome to stay and chat with the actors, or get to know other participants.

In short, it's a great experience that's definitely worth checking out! Period costume highly recommended too... Now all you have to do is book your evening! Shall we go?
