You're about to fall for the Goûter at the Shangri-La Hotel Paris. From now on, every Saturday and Sunday, young and old alike will be able to indulge in a regressive and delicious offer, proposed by Pastry Chef Michaël Bartocetti. Ever dreamt of a buffet of gourmet pastries? Just give it a try, folks...

For those with a sweet tooth, the Shangri-La Hotel Paris is launching Le Goûter! An all-you-can-eat snack that's sure to melt your heart. Fear not, this new offer does not supplant tea time, which continues to be served, but now in the lounge bar. It's a complementary offer for tea-time enthusiasts that now awaits you on Saturdays and Sundays atBauhinia.

Tea time is to the English what afternoon tea is to the French. Very few establishments offer it. And as far as I know, no one else does it in a buffet format, so it's going to be hard to miss out. Pastry Chef Michaël Bartocetti has drawn on his childhood memories to concoct a magnificent buffet of traditional and gourmet French pastries.

Full of color, exquisite flavors and plenty of choice, the hardest part will be stopping before you roll under the table... Paris-Brest, mille-feuilles, Saint-Honoré, religieuses, Opéra, éclairs, babas au rhum, lemon tarts, raspberries, chocolates, and of course cookies, madeleines, waffles, cookies... Wait, I'm stopping!

All these delicious pastries are complemented by three new, richly flavored, sugar-free iced teas. To the sound of a pianist, you can accompany this snack with a citron and basil green tea, a cardamom and Tonka bean Chaï Latte flavored with cinnamon or a passion fruit and kumquat iced black tea for an extra 4€.
