This year, the Hotel du Collectionneur is giving us a treat with its tea-time. Served in the sublime setting of the winter terrace, a transparent and airtight bubble that allows us to have lunch outside, the tea-time enchants us by its content.
For 45€ per person, you will taste an assortment of finger sandwiches made with salmon, belota and fois gras, followed by homemade scones with Isigny cream and jams, and travel sweets (madeleines, financiers, four quarters and marbled!), all accompanied by a hot drink.
If this offer is common to all Parisian tea times, the Hotel du Collectionneur offers us some little surprises that make this tea time stand out from the rest: a glass of Moët & Chandon champagne, a jar of marshmallows and a pastry signed Fauchon!
Yes, you heard right, a Fauchon pastry of your choice awaits you in the Bulle du Collectionneur. Depending on your preferences and the availability of pastries, you will be able to taste a raspberry Breton cookie, a carré tatin, a mango lemon square, a vanilla nun, a chocolate éclair or a Paris Brest éclair.
If the Bubble is a magical place, be careful, you might be surprised by the particular resonance of the place!
