The winter season is back. To mark the occasion, some of the capital's top hotels and palaces are transforming their terraces into veritable winter cocoons. And this year, theHôtel du Collectionneur is once again taking us on a journey. Come and discover its superb mountain chalet within the hotel's famous Jardin.
To be discovered from November 14, 2018 until the end of March 2019, in partnership with the Beluga house, this atypical chalet is a veritable refuge both chic and elegant.
Taking on the allure of a curio bar, this chalet can accommodate around 30 people in seated mode and nearly 45 people in cocktail format.
Once inside, you can sample the cocktail creations of the hotel's Head Barman, Ivo Correia-Rocha, and his team, while admiring the collection of Pie emblem objects and art pieces gathered in the heart of the chalet.
For gourmets, the chalet offers the Goûter des Curieux, daily from 3pm to 5pm, at €29. For a lunch break, a nightcap or an afternoon indulgence, let yourself be tempted by this tempting menu concocted by Pastry Chef Bryan Esposito. A la carte? A regressive hot drink accompanied by freshly squeezed juice and homemade treats.
