Recentlyopened, Glacier 1891 is a new artisanal ice cream parlour in the 9th arrondissement that's sure to tantalize the taste buds of the capital's gourmands. Ice creams and pastries are made using raw materials carefully sourced by creator Stéphane Raymond-Bernardé .
For the 2019 festive season, Glacier 1891 invites you to lighten up the end of your meal - which will probably be copious, as usual - with an original log: a frozen log!
Once again made from top-quality ingredients, the 2019 log features saffron. On tasting, the palate will be able to guess a pear-saffron-hazelnut perfume, a light hazelnut dacquoise, a thin sheet of chocolate that adds crunch, a pear-saffron sorbet, lightly poached pears, hazelnut-praline ice cream, milk chocolate chantilly and meringues.
A pretty assortment of flavors at 39€ for 6 to 8 people!
