In December, the magic of Christmas takes hold of Paris: the streets light up, the Christmas windows come alive, and the festive effervescence takes hold of young and old alike as they set off in search of the capital's finest gourmet spots and enchanting entertainment. At the heart of this enchantment, the Plaza Athénée unveils its famous ephemeral ice rink and its gourmet chalet straight from the mountains.
The Plaza Athénée skating rink unfurls on nearly 100 m² of real ice in the majestic Cour Jardin. From November 28 to February 2, 2025, little skaters (aged 3 to 12) will be able to glide under the glittering lights of the palace, accompanied by a professional ready to distill his tricks for figures worthy of champions!
To tread this fairytale runway, you'll have to give in to the temptation of an adult Goûter from €80, which includes access for two children. However, between December 1, 2024 and January 5, 2025, each young skater will also have to enjoy a Christmas Snack at €30 to be able to enjoy the icy magic.

After the effort, it's time for comfort! Just a stone's throw from the skating rink, the Chalet du Plaza Athénée invites you to sample mountain specialities in a warm, intimate atmosphere, for just twenty guests. The menu features Jean Imbert's inimitable raclette made with raw milk, accompanied by fine charcuterie, followed by the comforting creations of pastry chefs Angelo Musa and Elisabeth Hot. For the occasion, the ice rink will be privatized and open to guests from 7:30pm to 8:30pm.
This unique dinner is priced at €200 per person, and includes a glass of champagne as an aperitif, a choice of starter, the famous raclette, dessert and hot drinks.
