Founded in 1994 in Auvergne by Élisabeth and Claude Déat, La Maison Le Lautrec, a chocolatier recently relocated to Paris, offers a fine selection of logs for Christmas 2020 .
All are made with fresh, seasonal, organic and well-sourced ingredients: Combrailles flour, Isigny butter and cream from Normandy PDO, IGP Piedmont hazelnuts, Valencia almonds, Sicilian pistachios and Fleur de Sel from the Ile de Ré.
A trip to Sicily with pistachios grown at the foot of Mount Etna, giving this dessert a crunchy, crunchy touch. They are combined with a smooth Isigny PDO cream and a cherry confit.
