The Champs-Élysées 2023 illuminations from Laurier chef Mavrommatis' restaurant

As the magic of Christmas gradually takes hold in Paris, the capital is decked out in a thousand shimmering colors. This Sunday, November 19, 2023, we're taking a front-row seat to the traditional illuminations on the Champs-Élysées! Yes, this year, the most beautiful avenue in the world is getting ready to sparkle with a thousand lights, and we're offering you the chance to witness this magnificent spectacle while enjoying a delicious Greek menu concocted by the teams of Chef Andréa Mavrommatis at Laurier.

For a Hellenic and Mediterranean gastronomic escapade without even leaving Paris, head for the Champs-Élysées and, more specifically, Galeries Lafayette. Here, chef Andréas Mavrommatis has opened Laurier, a restaurant and tea room which, as in the chef's previous addresses, focuses on Greek cuisine.

On the plates, Laurier revisits the great classics of this ancestral culinary tradition, while respecting them. The menu, which is regularly renewed, gives pride of place to seasonal produce. What's more, as a guarantee of quality, all the products used are of Greek origin, with the exception of fresh produce - meat, fish, fruit and vegetables.
