Edwin Yansané , aka Edwart Chocolatier, is celebrating his tenth Christmas with a 2024 collection based on the figure of the penguin. Young and old alike will find it hard to resist this polar animal emblematic of the pack ice, made as usual with Grands Crus de cacao chocolates .
This Edwart leprechaun has more than one trick up their sleeve, with a collection made up of moldings, nibbles, boxes and another 2024 Advent calendar, for a December rich in treats. So, shall we unveil Edwart Chocolatier's Christmas chocolate collection?
Fully filled with a dark wheat praline for the 68% Grand Cru de Tanzanie dark chocolate version, or a peanut praline for the 38% Grand Cru de Tanzanie milk chocolate version, Pingloo is ideal for praline lovers who enjoy it straight from the spoon!
Price: €29.50 - 250g
These two penguins - whose names are a nod to the brand's founders - are Santa's faithful companions. They are available in two versions, in dark chocolate or Grand Cru de Tanzanie milk chocolate. The base is filled with sesame and hazelnut praline, while the ice pack contains sugar-coated hazelnuts and dark or milk chocolate nibbles.
Price: €45 - 320g
Available in two formats, this generous boxed set allows you to (re)discover the ganaches and pralines that have made the House famous, as well as two new creations: the bonbon Cueillette Batak (a ganache combining the tart notes of blackcurrant with the wild berry of Andaliman, a pepper with citrus notes) and the bonbon Au pied de mon arbre (a praline combining bread gables and pollen).
Price: €29.50 for a box of 25 chocolates / €46 for a box of 49 chocolates
This 23 cm XL bar looks like a chocolate ice floe, with hazelnut praline and tangy yuzu ganache. It is available in a coating of 68% Tanzanian Grand Cru dark chocolate or 38% Tanzanian Grand Cru milk chocolate.
Price: €29 - 220g
Finally, as announced, chocolatier Edwin Yansané is taking advantage of the 2024 holiday season to unveil its fifth Advent calendar (€49.50), designed by tattoo artist Eddie Czaicki. Each box, of course, contains a delicacy from the House - coated hazelnuts and pistachios, grignotines, iconic pralines or orangettes, always made with Grands Crus chocolates. But this year, for the first time, the calendar is also packed with new and exclusive creations: passion fruit paste, marshmallows, vanilla caramel and marzipan!
