In the 8th arrondissement, the Melville is also organizing a special evening for the event, with what the venue does best: a live concert and a refined menu prepared by talented chef Malcolm Ecolasse. The program features jazz and Latino music all evening and a unique all-white menu, served with a glass of champagne and a cocktail. Sea bass carpaccio, veal ceviche, poultry, coconut snowball...
