To celebrate the festive season, from December 10, 2024 to January 5, 2025, the estate is offering a stroll through an enchanted setting, sure to delight young and old alike. Animal Christmas transforms the Château de Sceaux into a fairytale world, immersing us in a magical and joyous universe.
This winter, the château is getting a makeover: inside, the gilding and tapestries are being replaced by a festive, natural decor. A winter forest seems to have sprung up in the former home of the Duke and Duchess of Treviso!
But be warned, this inner forest has attracted many feathered and furry inhabitants, who prefer to escape the winter cold to spend the festive season in the château... Behind a piano, under a chest of drawers, in sculptures and paintings, visitors can discover strangeanimals.
This magical stroll is transformed into a treasure hunt: children and adults can have fun finding the animals hidden in the enchanted forest. Easier said than done... To help you, take advantage of the free game booklet distributed to children aged 6 to 12. At the Domaine de Sceaux, Christmas is always a magical time!
