Le Royal Monceau - Raffles Paris unveils its 2024 Yule log, signed by Yazid Ichemrahen and Alexandre Favre, the palace's new pastry chefs. Inspired by the emblematic red marquise that adorns the hotel's entrance, this creation combines chocolate, spices and caramel for a gourmet, refined holiday dessert.

This season, Paris is decked out in its finest finery: shop windows light up, Christmas markets bloom and the sweet scent of spices wafts through the air... At the heart of this festive atmosphere, the Royal Monceau - Raffles Paris unveils its Christmas jewel: a log signed by Pastry Chef Yazid Ichemrahen and his sidekick, Executive Chef Alexandre Favre. The inspiration behind Royal Monceau's 2024 Yule Log? The iconic red marquise that adorns the palace's entrance, itself inspired by a mysterious noble lady, always dressed in red, who is said to have once stayed in one of the hotel's luxurious suites.

Reworked in finely chiseled chocolate in the spirit of wrought iron, the marquise seems to float atop this haute couture dessert, set against a flawless mirror glaze. A silver chocolate medallion, stamped with the Royal Monceau emblem, crowns this refined creation, sublimating the establishment's singular, sophisticated allure.

A limited edition for 5 or 6 guests, the log is available to reserve now for tasting to take away, or to enjoy on site (as an individual log) at Bar Long and Matsuhisa Paris, from November 15 to December 31.
