What if we were to let ourselves be seduced this Christmas 2021? Among the most beautiful and atypical Yule log creations from our Parisian pastry chefs, we discover the one imagined and created by François Daubinet for the legendary Fauchon house.

This signature creation is called"Bouche de Noël", of course! This entremet, created by François Daubinet and now an Fauchon icon, returns in a colorful version for an intensely glamorous Christmas.

This Black Forest-style entremets features a soft Marigny cookie, soaked in a light kirsch syrup, a creamy dark chocolate mousse, gourmet Morello cherries and a Madagascar vanilla mousse. All delicately placed on a crisp sheet of fruity 70% dark chocolate.

As usual, the Chef has selected the finest raw materials, as the House is committed to working with the most demanding craftsmen. We love the softness of the cookie and the tartness of the Morello cherry. It's the perfect end to a hearty festive meal.
