For the first time,L'Oréal's Rambouillet factory will be part of the Journées du Patrimoine 2024 on Friday, September 21. This Manufacture, located in the Yvelines region (78), plays a key role in the production of hair care products for the brand. The site manufactures iconic shampoos such as Elsève for Europe and Dop for the French market. In 2017, the plant modernized its operations by adopting collaborative robots, known as "co-bots", which assist employees with repetitive tasks. This technological advance has not only boosted production efficiency, but also improved safety and working conditions on site. TheL'Oréal Rambouillet plant illustrates the company's commitment to combining technological innovation and industrial expertise to remain at the forefront of the cosmetics industry.
