Five transport lines lacked punctuality in 2023, and Île-de-France Mobilités is planning to compensate users who use them regularly, starting this Wednesday, March 20, 2024.
After numerous compensation campaigns last year due to the SNCF strikes, Île-de-France Mobilités is planning a new refund, this time for just five transport lines. The reason? The punctuality of trains and RERs, below 80% for at least three months in 2023, with a real impact on daily users of these lines, who face regular delays. They will be eligible for a refund of"up to 1.5 months' Navigo pass, in line with the latest contracts signed by IDFM with RATP and SNCF".
This campaign, launched this Wednesday, March 20, 2024, concerns you if you are a Parisian Navigo subscriber and regularly use RER lines A, B, C and D, as well as Transilien line P. As some lines have been affected more than others by these delays and works, their users will be able to recover a little more than others. All you have to do is log in to your account and access the online platform, before April 17!

- Cergy-le-Haut <> Maisons-Laffitte axis: year 2023 < of 85% punctuality, i.e. a refund of at least 0.5 months' monthly pass,
On RER B :
- Robinson <> Bourg-la-Reine axis: 6 months in < 80% punctuality, i.e. a refund of at least 1 month's monthly pass,
- Saint-Rémy-lès-Chevreuse <> Parc de Sceaux axis: 8 months with < 80% punctuality, i.e. a refund of at least 1 month's monthly pass,
- Aulnay-sous-Bois <> Mitry-Claye: 10 months with < 80% punctuality, i.e. a refund of at least 1.5 months' monthly pass,
- Aulnay-sous-Bois <> Aéroport CDG 2-TGV: 8 months < 80% punctuality, i.e. a refund of at least 1 month's monthly pass.
On RER C :
- Saint-Martin-d'Étampes <> Marolles-en-Hurepoix axis: 7 months < 80% punctuality, i.e. a refund of at least 1 month's monthly pass,
- Dourdan-la-Forêt <> La Norville - Saint-Germain-lès-Arpajon: 4 months with < 80% punctuality, i.e. a refund of at least 1 month's monthly pass,
- Juvisy <> Brétigny: 5 months with < 80% punctuality, i.e. a refund of at least 0.5 months' monthly pass,
- Pontoise <> Av-président-Kennedy: 3 months with < 80% punctuality, i.e. a refund of at least 0.5 months' monthly pass,
- Massy - Palaiseau <> Les Saules: year 2023 < of 85% punctuality, i.e. a refund of at least 0.5 months' monthly pass,
On RER D :
- Creil <> Goussainville: 3 months in < of 80% punctuality, i.e. a refund of at least 0.5 months' monthly pass,
- Montgeron <> Cobs-La-Ville-Quincy: year 2023 < of 85% punctuality, i.e. a refund of at least 0.5 months' monthly pass,
