Jurassic World exhibition at Paris Cité du Cinéma… New Jurassic World movie coming out soon… A T-Rex exhibition at Paris National Museum of Natural History… We can say that in terms of dinosaurs, we are spoiled this year! And it keeps coming with the screening of the first Jurassic Park opus on Saturday June 23 in the auditorium of the Evolution Gallery of the Museum as part of the exhibition: A T-Rex in Paris!
In addition to the screening, you will get explanations thanks to the presence of Guillaume Lecointre, teacher at the National Museum of Natural History, systematician, searcher at the French Institute of Systematic, Evolution and Biodiversity.
Official summary (for those who would have forgotten!):
Let the sleeping dogs lie… This is what billionaire John Hammond should have remembered before starting “cloning” dinosaurs. It’s because of a drop of blood absorbed by a fossilized mosquito that John Hammond and his team managed to bring a dozen species of dinosaurs back to life. With the complicity of doctor Alan Grant, a famous paleontologist and his fried Ellie, he is about to open the biggest theme park in the world. But it was without counting on the IT Dennis Nedry’s greed and malice and eventually on the dinosaurs, the only master of the island…
