With 5 cinemas now equipped with Dolby Atmos sound, Pathé-Gaumont offers its audiences high-tech cinema technology. This process, present in one of the Gaumont Alésia cinemas, is an immersive sound system that multiplies the spatialization effects of sound. It makes sound even more spectacular thanks to the numerous speakers distributed in a circular fashion throughout the room: at the front, on the sides and, above all, on the ceiling. A system that lets you hear sounds right under your seat!
Gaumont Alésia's 8 screens feature a dozen films on the weekly schedule. And among the exclusive films, a number of previews also take place in the darkened rooms. Another special feature of Pathé-Gaumont cinemas this year is (re)discover screenings of musicals and French comedy plays, live or recorded, such as Les Fourberies de Scapin and Le Petit-maître corrigé.
