The Last of Us, episode 5: finally some impressive action - our opinion

Thanks to the Super Bowl, which allows us an early access to episode 5 of The Last of Us. This new episode, released this Saturday, February 11 on Prime Video, once again has a lot of nice surprises in store for us, with the appearance of two new characters that fans have been waiting for.

Henri and Sam are two brothers, wanted by Kathleen, the revolutionary that we discovered in theprevious episode. Since she also wants to get her hands on Joel and Ellie, the quartet decides to team up to try to get out of town, but of course, not everything goes as planned.

With a duration of one hour, this fifth part brings us into the second half of the series, which has nine episodes in total. It's the right time to go into high gear, after a more quiet episode 4. And we almost waited! Half of this new story picks up the slower pace of its predecessor. It's in its last third that things escalate and the action finally happens. We won't say more, but the scene is impressive!

Unfortunately, it is once again an almost identical transfer of the original video game. But that doesn't prevent us from enjoying this new adventure full of pyrotechnics, which shows us both how man is as big a danger as the infected, but especially how the latter have not yet revealed their full dramatic potential.
