In the eagerly-awaited upcoming release of Les Trolls 3, we'll be reunited with the familiar voices of Vitaa as Poppy and Matt Pokora as Branche. These iconic French stars return for the third installment, and this time they're joined by Amel Bent. She will lend her voice to a new character, VIVA.
The synopsis for this eagerly-awaited film is gradually being revealed. After two opuses in which we followed the romantic adventures of Poppy and Branche, our heroes are now an official couple, affectionately nicknamed #broppy by fans. Their relationship, which seemed to be without clouds, is about to take a turn for the worse. Poppy discovers a shocking secret about Branche's past. Once, along with his brothers Floyd, John Dory, Spruce and Clay, they were members of the Boys Band phenomenon, the BroZones. Following a mysterious separation, Branche lost contact with his brothers.
The film takes an unexpected turn when Floyd, the eldest of the brothers, is kidnapped by antagonists Velvet and Veneer. These two villains are malevolent pop icons in search of Floyd's unique musical talent. Our heroes, Poppy and Branche, embark on a daring quest to rescue Floyd and perhaps, in the process, reunite the missing brothers.
Fans of the saga will certainly be eager to discover this new adventure rich in emotion, music and color. The iconic French voices will undoubtedly add a special dimension to this new opus. The family-friendly animated film is due to hit cinemas on October 18, 2023.
