Wednesday on Netflix: the enfant terrible of the Addams reveals behind-the-scenes details of season 2

Wednesday Addams is soon back to play a nasty trick on you in season 2 of the eponymous series on Netflix, and while we wait for a life-saving release date, we get a behind-the-scenes look at the video.

Netflix 's most macabre family soon back on the SVOD platform... Wednesday, the series about the youngest member of the Addams Family whose Season 1 was a hit on Netflix, is coming back for a second season in 2025.

The cast includes Jenna Ortega, who brilliantly plays the young boarder atNervermore boarding school, Joy Sunday (Bianca), Catherine Zeta-Jones (Morticia Addams), Emma Myers (Enid, Wednesday's werewolf roommate), Hunter Doohan (Tyler), Victor Dorobantu (The Thing), Moosa Mostafa (Eugene, from the Beekeepers' Club), Georgie Farmer (Ajax, Enid's love interest ), Fred Armisen (Uncle Fester) and Luis Guzman (Gomez Addams).

New faces include Joanna Lumley (Grandma Addams), Steve Buscemi (Barry Dort), Billie Piper (Capri), Thandiwe Newton (Dr. Fairburn), as well as Joonas Suotamo and Christopher Lloyd in as yet unknown roles. We also know that the first episode will be entitled"An Unfortunate New Beginning".

And as for Christina Ricci, who played Mercredi in the films and made an appearance in this series as Miss Thornhill, the botany teacher, this season 2 marks the return of Christopher Lloyd, who playedUncle Fester in the feature films... Some great cameos in store!
