If you're one of the generations who've seen "Intercities" on TV, you're in for a treat, as it's making a comeback in summer 2025 on France Télévisions, presented by Nagui!

Top à la vachette! If that rings a bell, you're probably familiar with the TV show"Intervilles", created 63 years ago and broadcast on France Télévisions until 2009! Nostalgic fans be warned: the TV game show will be making a comeback next summer, in 2025, on France 2, presented by Nagui! This long-awaited announcement was made at the group's major back-to-school conference on Wednesday, September 4.

For the time being, the game show will only return for four evenings, alongside hosts such as Bruno Guillon. As a reminder, this summer program was created in 1962 by Guy Lux, who co-presented it with Léon Zitrone and Simone Garnier, before it was interrupted after ten years, then resumed on France 3, then on TF1 with Jean-Pierre Foucault. The return of this iconic game show, part of the French television heritage, had been delayed several times, but had not been made permanent since 2009.

Remember, the concept of the show was to pit two French towns against each other in a series of often zany physical challenges, with funny and impressive falls, all in good fun. But will this new version manage to regain the audience levels of the old days, with nearly 8 million viewers? Another question: will the cows be back? Times have changed, and viewers and animal rights groups are not happy about it.
