Nintendo unveiled its next console during a long Direct, on April 2, 2025. A conference that caused quite a stir in the world of video games: the Switch 2 aroused the curiosity of gamers with its new features, but also with its catalog of games.
Indeed, the Nintendo Switch 2 is not coming to market alone. The Japanese console is due to go on sale on June 5, 2025, alongside various new and previously released games. To lure players and make its new console more attractive, Nintendo has created several games exclusive to the Switch 2, and reworked several titles to adapt them to this new-generation console.
So, from the moment of its release, players will be able to enjoy an interesting catalog of games: there are great Nintendo Switch hits, recent popular games and older titles. Old Gamecube games have even been added to Nintendo Switch Online, for a dive into the past, with the new technologies of the present.
