Today, the fourth generation of the MILLET family has been at the helm since Jean-Pierre and Romain Millet bought the company in 2022. It's an epic story for this brand, which equipped Lachenal and Herzog for the Annapurna as early as 1950, Messner in his race for the 8,000 and Jean-Christophe Lafaille in the 90s.

Passionate and committed, MILLET continues to support those who write mountain history. Iconic mountaineers such as Charles Dubouloz and Symon Welfringer, the three guide companies of Chamonix, Grindelwald and the Matterhorn, and committed partners such as the Groupe Militaire de Haute Montagne or the 82 4000 Solidaires association, who work every day for the great mountain family that MILLET supports.

Anchored in this mountain ecosystem, MILLET is strengthening its commitment to offering everyone a mountain dream in two Paris stores: Le Marais and St Germain.

MILLET promotes a boutique concept where experience and shared values are the watchwords. Functional furnishings using simple, sustainable materials, leaving room for mountain culture and brand storytelling. A story told in a space dedicated to the MILLET heritage, intimately linked to that of the great names inmountaineering and the products they carried to the most challenging summits, but also to the history of a family that entered the textile industry over 100 years ago.

An " experiential " space, too, withcultural mountain books, maps, topos and even a few climbing holds to immerse you in the spirit ofmountaineering.

Committed to reducing its carbon footprint, the brand also offers a " workshop " area for repairing products, as well as the possibility of renting products in the St Germain boutique.

Finally, the central table, the cornerstone of the concept, is reminiscent of the guides' table, where you can work out your next project around a map, and the guides' garage, featuring tried-and-tested equipment, brings the guarantee of an authentic brand.
