After Taste of Paris, the Salon de la Pâtisserie, Paris welcomes its Salon des Champagnes et des Pâtisseries on Sunday July 7, 2019. This idea comes from Yannick Alléno, the 3-star chef of Pavillon Ledoyen, who has several passions including wine!
For 8 hours, from 11 a.m. to 7 p.m., 7 talented pastry chefs will be gathered together in the wonderful Pavillon Ledoyen (on the Champs-Elysées) and accompanied by 28 champagne brands such as Barons de Rothschild, De Sousa, Deutz, Gosset, Joseph Perrier, Louis de Sacy, Moët & Chandon, Petit & Bajan, Taittinger, etc…to talk about their art.

For one hour, each chef will bake one of his specialty and offer you, at the end of the demonstration, the opportunity to taste small bites!
And for the most gourmets of you, Yannick Alléno even plans an exceptional dinner. 5 starred chefs, 8 courses, a unique moment with Yannick Alléno, Arnaud Lallement, Aurélien Rivoire, Sébastien Vauxion and Sylvestre Wahid!
Caution though, this Salon des Champagnes et Pâtisseries Fines is small, 400-sqm only, in the beautiful setting of Pavillon Ledoyen. If you want to enjoy the dinner, think about booking and most of all, please enjoy it!
