Discover the Flexival Festival. During the Salon, the Flexival festival proposes, for its first edition, animations to know more about the French meat. For the occasion, a breeder and a dietician will even be present on the stand. Take advantage of an educational tour around the commitments of the livestock and meat industry to discover how French meat is produced, what the living conditions of the animals are, how life is on the farm... With the "Game Arena", specially designed for children from 6 to 12 years old, the game takes place all day long, from 9 am to 6:30 pm, every 45 minutes.
Discover a giant totem. For this 2023 edition, the ADEME stand will be adorned with a work of art created by the Mud Collective: a totem made from Greater Paris soil and wood, 4 meters high. Made of bio-sourced materials, it will be recycled into seats that will be installed in the city of Angers (ADEME headquarters) after the show.
