Dancing in a shopping temple, a dream about to come true for all fashion addicts eager to feel great in their clothes and in their bodies! The Galeries Lafayette Haussmann offers you to come on Sunday November 5, 2017 for a Fit Ballet class in the Salon Opéra, located on the 4th floor of the store dedicated to women fashion. Two classes will be provided, one at 11:30 a.m. and one at 2 p.m., each one hour long, so that you can discover or rediscover this new discipline (trainers are mandatory).
Fit Ballet? Whatizit? Well, it is a sport combining fitness and ballet allowing you to both develop your muscles and improve your flexibility and the way you hold your head!
To provide these classes, this great Parisian department store asked the sport goddess Octavie Escure! She has been the brain behind this hybrid sport since 2014. She created it to recover from a painful injury.
It is not the first time the ballerina comes to provide classes. She has already organized a similar event on May 7 to celebrate her book Fit Ballet – Osez la danse!.
You are invited for a third round so that Octavie can make you discover her art for €8 per lesson. At that rate, reservation is required because of a limited number of places available!
