La Gare opened in August 2017 nestled in the former Gare de Flandre (hence its name), close to the small ring. La Gare bets on a good mood and very small prices the whole lulled with quality jazz concerts.
Half a beer costs €2.6 and a coffee just €1. In terms of jazz concerts, they’re performed daily and work according to a simple principle: open participation!
So, who do we owe this new incredible spot? Well, we owe the La Fontaine’s team, an emblematic place of French jazz music who launched Yaron Herman’s and Anne Paceo’s careers.
The icing on the cake, La Gare features a 2000-sqm garden and terrace.
To give you a musical overview, La Gare has several residencies such as on Thursday called the Jam à Tao. For the rest of the programming, Joce Mienniel is expected on September 15 and 16 and Médéric Collignon will perform on September 22 and 23, 2017.
