After the Rolling Stones, we’ve been told that the U Arena is about to welcome another legend of the musical world from the ‘60s/’70s. On Friday June 8, 2018, Roger Waters will stop by Île de France as part of his European tour “Us + Them”.
This unique concert at the U Arena won’t be the only French date of the former Pink Floyd’s bass player since the artist will also visit Lyon Halle Tony Garnier on May 9 and Lille Stade Pierre Mauroy on June 16.
For the record, these 3 French concerts will be sold from October 18, 2017 at 10 a.m.
We imagine how happy Roger Waters fans will be since they’re really impatient to see again their idol on stage. His last French show dates back to September 2013 at the Stade de France.
For this new “Us + Them” tour, Roger Waters will promote some hits from Pink Floyd legendary double album as well as hits from other mythical albums such as “Wish You Were Here”, “Animals” or even “Dark Side of The Moon”.
We hope Roger Waters won’t go without performing several tracks from his latest solo album called “Is This the Life We Really Want?”.
For the record, the U Arena will be inaugurated on October 19, 2017 with the Rolling Stones!
