An electro event in Paris in 2024! To mark the 25th anniversary of their acclaimed opus"Moon Safari", Versailles-based duo Air have announced a European tour that will see them play their legendary debut album live for the very first time! In Paris, this musical rendez-vous will take place on Thursday, March 7, 2024, in the beautifulOlympia concert hall.
In addition to the French capital, Air also plans to visit Geneva, Milan, Vienna, Antwerp, Berlin, Amsterdam and London. On the ticketing front, get ready for the opening on Thursday November 16 at 10:00 a.m.
For the uninitiated and the young at heart, Air is made up of Nicolas Godin and Jean-Benoît Dunckel. Formed in 1995, the band released their first album,"Moon Safari", in 1998. It includes the hit"Sexy Boy". Air would go on to release several other albums, including"10,000 Hz Legend" and"Love 2", not to mention the soundtrack to Sofia Coppola's film"Virgin Suicides". But"Moon Safari" remains the duo's undisputed hit, selling 2 million copies worldwide!
In 2024, Air has decided to celebrate the 25th anniversary of this famous opus live and in your company, with a European tour that is sure to bring together fans from the very beginning. It's an opportunity to (re)discoverAir's masterful rhythm and atmosphere, as well as its heady melodies, live on stage. And you'd be very wrong to miss this concert, as"Moon Safari" will be played live by Air for the very first time. See you on March 7, 2024 at theOlympia, the only French date on this tour!
