The prolific Matthieu Chedid, aka -M-, is back! And it's with a new musical project that the artist takes to the roads of France again this year. With guitarist Thibault Cauvin, -M- announces no less than 23 dates in France to present their joint opus entitled"L'heure miroir". The program for this two-guitar recital? An original instrumental journey, between classical and pop.
While the name -M- may be familiar to everyone, Thibault Cauvin is less so. And yet, in recent years, this talented French guitarist has multiplied his international competitions, albums and tours.
This year, Thibault Cauvin and -M- announce a joint tour to hypnotize audiences with the simple sound of the guitarist. To discover"L'heure miroir" with Thibault Cauvin and -M- in Paris, head for the Théâtre des Champs-Élysées on Tuesday, October 29 and Wednesday, October 30, 2024. In response to demand, Thibault Cauvin and -M- are adding new dates to their French tour, announcing two new concerts in Paris, this time at the Théâtre du Châtelet on Thursday October 31 and Friday November 1, 2024. On the rest of their tour, Thibault Cauvin and -M- will be stopping off at the Carcassonne Festival and the Nuits de Fourvière in Lyon, as well as in Limoges, Lille, Marseille, Montpellier, Toulouse and Strasbourg.
Together, the two musicians will be delighted to play and perform tracks from"L'Heure miroir", their joint album, due for release in May! Combining classical and electric guitars, the album features previously unreleased material, revisited -M- songs and covers of classic and pop works"re-enchanted".
