Dame de Coeur the show at Notre-Dame de Paris returns! Reservations opening

The fantastic and monument light and sound show, "Dame de Coeur" [Ladylove] is back from October 18 to 25, 2018. For the record, this spectacular show in front of Notre-Dame has been created by stage director Bruno Seillier.

"Last year, the show was sold-out. Three weeks before the first screening, all tickets were booked. And for all those who couldn't come, we're back with the show. And for a longer period" he says in Le Parisien newspaper.

8 nights, 16 sessions, here's to please everyone or almost. We hoped this super show could come back, it's now official and the booking service is open. We advise you to book your tickets as soon as possible for this remarkable show with a prior registration.

The financing has been reviewed this year, last year, it was based on donations but only got a few. This year, you'll have to pay €5 per person when booking, a voluntary donation to cover the organization fees. On another hand, companies are also invited to take part in the show to enjoy a private area.

You need to know the show features 8 projectors on the square before Notre-Dame and 80 inside the cathedral. Even though it takes over last year's creation, it still requires a budget of €430,000 including spectators safety. If benefits were enjoyed, they allow the staging of other shows of the genre. And of course, we give it a green light!

Considered as the sole one to have created a monumental video scenography on Notre-Dame de Paris for the Parvis des Gentils back in September 2011, Bruno Seillier created and directed four shows since 2012: Night at the Invalides, Les Luminessences d’Avignon, Les Ecuyers du Temps and La Conquête de l’Air.

With this homage show, “Dame de Coeur”, and according to newspaper Le Parisien, Bruno Seillier goes even further by offering an incredible visual and musical journey that need over a year of preparation and 8 months of work.

All in all, you can discover a twenty-five-minute show  including seventeen sound and light scenes.

Synopsis of the show

In 1917, on a battlefield. We are in the dark, about to attend a meeting between a young French nurse and a dying American soldier. At the twilight of his life, he tells her he regrets he never could visit Notre-Dame. Through a historical, artistical and mystical dialog, these two souls find each other to access together to Notre-Dame mystery that’ll be their “Dame de Coeur”.
