World-renowned choreographer Benjamin Millepied returns to Paris, for free performances in Parisian venues, ahead of the Paris 2024 Olympic Games. As part of his Paris Dance Project, the dancer is inviting a dozen choreographers to take over the capital, in June, for exceptional shows accessible sometimes by reservation, but free of charge!
On June 8, 2024, you'll be able to attend this cycle of performances entitled La Ville dansée, in emblematic or remote locations in the capital as well as in the suburbs. In conjunction with the Philharmonie de Paris, creations by local choreographers will be performed every 30 minutes in more than ten different locations, all outdoors, with the city as a backdrop.
For those unable to attend, the event will be broadcast live for 10 hours on France.TV, the Paris Dance Project and Philharmonie de Paris websites, as well as on Tiktok and Instagram.
