At Chaillot, fashion isn't a surprise guest - it's at home! A favorite theater for the major fashion houses during Fashion Week, this time the institution is hosting a Chaillot Experience entirely dedicated to the powerful links between dance and couture. On April 4 and 5, 2025, designers and choreographers merge their arts through shows, choreographed fashion shows, performances and workshops for a total immersion in style in motion. Arielle Dombasle and Philippe Katerine are also expected to take part ...

Between two Fashion Weeks, Chaillot - Théâtre national de la Danse, accustomed to hosting catwalk shows by the world's leading fashion houses, will trade in its catwalk for a vibrant stage where fashion is danced, embodied and performed! On April 4 and 5, 2025, make way for Chaillot Expérience #6, a mini-festival where designers and choreographers merge their arts in an electrifying program of shows, performances, screenings, encounters, choreographed fashion shows and exhibitions.

Launched in 2021, the Chaillot Experiences regularly invite audiences to explore the fertile crossroads between dance and other disciplines. Music, contemporary art, sport, world cultures... Each edition transforms the institution into a living laboratory where the theater's spaces open up to new forms of creation and performance. After a focus on contemporary music in February, it's fashion 's turn to invite itself to this temple of movement.

Yves Saint Laurent and Roland Petit, Dior and Sharon Eyal... Dance and couture are an enduring romance. Chaillot celebrates this alliance with a showcase worthy of its history. This edition also marks a new partnership with the Villa Noailles, highlighting choreographer-designer duos who will unveil their creations here, prior to the Hyères Festival.

In terms of programming, the event promises to be flamboyant and couture. Maison Fifi Chachnil celebrates its 40th anniversary with an anniversary fashion show, surrounded by long-time accomplices such as Arielle Dombasle, Philippe Katerine and Michel Fau. Angelin Preljocaj's ballets are reinvented in costumes by Jean-Paul Gaultier and Azzedine Alaïa. Or Holly Blakey, choreographer to superstars Rosalía, Florence and The Machine and Coldplay, who unveils two of her shows for the first time in France.

And because fashion is also an attitude, voguing and Heels Dance workshops will transform the public into veritable icons of the movement. Here's the program!
