For some, Christmas doesn't rhyme with family celebrations. For others, if it rhymes with family, it also rhymes with family outings. And artists and theaters have understood this. While some theaters will close their doors on December 24 and 25, 2024, others will still be open to the public and offer a wide range of programming.
So if you'd like to spend Christmas Eve on December 24, 2024, or even Christmas Day on December 25, 2024, watching a show, you can. Shows are performed on these days, sometimes in the morning, leaving you free to enjoy a meal with your family afterwards.
That's why we've put together an eclectic selection of shows to see on these dates. There are far more shows on December 24 than on December 25.
Please note that the program is subject to change. Please contact the various venues for confirmation.
