Once again, the magic of the Bormann big top will be under the spotlight! Installed since 2006 near the Pont du Garigliano, the big top with its mauve, pink and white stripes features a beautiful décor with sparkling chandeliers and powerful spotlights, transporting us back to the Belle Epoque.
Here, Alexandra and Eric Borrmann give the best of their art, she a juggler and he a trainer, and strive to pass on their knowledge to the next generation. The show ARBRE pays homage to their history: a powerful symbol, the tree of life becomes the common thread of this creation. It represents not only the deep roots of this family, but also the evolution of their art, from ancestral circus techniques to modern performances, combining dance, theater and special effects. The spectator is invited to enter a universe where the tree becomes a source of life, creativity and poetry, in an artistic context that is as spectacular as it is responsible.
The story of a family, and more specifically that of a little clown, the last descendant of a long line of circus artists. His journey and his madness lead him to encounter a magical tree, whose roots represent his ancestors and their artistic heritage.
From the very first minutes, the show surprises with the diversity of its performances. The fusion of circus disciplines with elements of contemporary dance, immersive theater and breathtaking visual effects creates a magical spectacle. Each tableau is an invitation to plunge into a fantastic world where the imaginary blends with reality, acrobatics with poetry, and spectators young and old can't help but marvel.
The message behind ARBRE is deeply rooted in current affairs: that of preserving nature and resources. The show takes on a strong symbolic dimension, transforming the tree into a central character, both protector and source of renewal, just like the art of circus, which is constantly evolving.
This new family show promises to leave a lasting impression, so let yourself be carried away by the magic of ARBRE and come and discover this poetic and inspiring creation with your family!
