Samuel Benchetrit 's new comedyLa Famille, starring Francois-Xavier Demaison, will run at the Théâtre Édouard VII in Paris from September 10, 2024 to January 5, 2025. After the success of his other two plays, Maman and Lapin, Samuel Benchetrit is back in the theater with his new creation, which he also directs.
A family, not very close, gets together for an exceptional event. A father, a mother, their two sons, Max and Jêrome, and his wife Alice are preparing for a colorful evening of misunderstandings, love and laughter. Joining them on stage are Patrick Timsit, seen in Tombésdu camion, who recently directed his one-man show Di(x)vin(s), Kate Moran, actress in Fleuve Kate, Michel Jonasz, recently seen in Maison de retraite 2, and Claire Nadeau, actress in Les Tuches. A five-star cast that should appeal to Parisian audiences.
Samuel Benchetrit is a French playwright, director, writer, screenwriter and actor.
