The Frontiers of Humankind exhibition at the Musée de l'Homme

From October 13, 2021 to May 30, 2022, the Musée de l'Homme invites us on a journey of initiation, Aux frontières de l'humain . Contemporary artworks, museographic objects, multimedia devices and audiovisual projections form a complete journey, which questions the nature of humanity.

Art, sport, the ability to improve or replace body parts, speech, inventiveness... What defines mankind? What makes us unique in the universe? The exhibition is divided into six chapters, each framed by an introduction and an epilogue.Animal man, champion man, capable of breaking incredible strength records,cyborg man, equipped with prostheses, implants, exoskeletons...

And soon,mutant man? A scientifically enhanced individual endowed with supernatural abilities?
