Réparties: the outdoor exhibition at the Domaine National de Saint-Cloud

Réparties is an exhibition presented at the Domaine National de Saint-Cloud from April 12 to June 30, 2023, an opportunity to bring together two artists. The photographer Angelle associates her work with that of Dominique Moulin, a visual artist who is adept at drawing and engraving. These two sensibilities, which are complementary, offer a new vision of the works. It is in the heart of the park of the national domain of Saint-Cloud that their works are exposed, proposing a walk composed of 10 artistic stages. This outdoor exhibition allows visitors to enjoy the charm and magic of the gardens of the domain.

The photographer Angelle turns her lens towards the work of the visual artist Dominique Moulin, while in exchange, the latter reinterprets his photographs of nature and the countryside. Together, they create a true artistic conversation, revisiting their respective works, inspired by each other's work. Envolées, an installation that draws the visitor's gaze to the treetops, evokes birds taking flight to the heights. Another installation, Bois-Reliefs, reveals the raw character of the wood which gradually forms a statue, under the creative eye of the two artists.

Nature is thus at the heart of their work, revisited by the intimacy of their gaze. We then witness a real pictorial walk, playing on colors, materials and details. This project, specially conceived for the Saint-Cloud national estate, can be seen until June 30, 2023.
