Climate change, melting ice, destruction of biodiversity: to protect the planet and ensure a better future for generations to come, the time has come for action. But what action? What plan should we put in place?
The EDF Foundation has invited 23 French and international artists to discuss this burning issue. 23 contemporary creators who explore the notions of sobriety, social well-being, reconnection with nature, community living, technological innovation...
A wide range of installations, paintings, photographs, sculptures, videos, music and other works of art are on display from January 17 to September 29, 2024, as part of the exhibition Demain est annulé. The exhibition is free of charge and must be booked in advance.
Surprising, humorous, poetic, disturbing: these contemporary works make us reflect on the state of the world, of our societies, on the consequences of our actions on the environment, but also on ourselves. Without ever making us feel guilty, without giving us orders or moralizing, this exhibition invites us to ask ourselves questions, to change our way of looking at things, according to the emotions we feel in front of these works.
We discover works that are sometimes spectacular, but often conceal a profound meaning, a strong commitment in the face of certain social and corporate excesses.
A free exhibition ofcontemporary art, offering an interesting vision of today's world, and of what tomorrow's planet could be. Discover it now at the EDF Foundation.
