For its second "L'Art coûte que coûte" exhibition, the APF France Handicap association has chosen the period of the Paris 2024 Paralympic Games to showcase some 30talented artists with disabilities and their works, in the heart ofthe Orangerie du Sénat. The exhibition is open to all, free of charge, and features almost 60 unique creations, all of which are designed to be inclusive.
From August 28 to September 8, 2024, in particular, you can take advantage of three unreserved guided tours a day to discover this inspiring exhibition, at 11am, 2:30pm and 4:30pm. For more than 20 years, this association has been using art on a daily basis, with art workshops in facilities that help residents escape into their imaginations. The wide variety of works produced have been selected by art historian Nathalie Caclard and visual artist Joëlle Bécard.
Whether you're an enthusiast or just curious, sports and artistic creation are all about surpassing yourself and creating emotions. Paintings, sculptures and masks are just some of the astonishing works to be discovered, such as those by Martin Buffet, who paints underwater!
