Calling all lovers of the rare and the exceptional: Sotheby's unveils its latest showcase at 83 rue du Faubourg Saint-Honoré. Named Le Salon, this new space, perched on the second floor of its brand-new building, promises to be the next must-see luxury destination. Part exceptional showroom, part arty gallery, this hybrid space offers an ultra-premium selection of unique objects, sold at fixed prices, and free exhibitions open to all.
For its grand premiere, Le Salon is entrusting the artistic reins to Sarah Andelman, a leading figure in style, well known for her bold flair and avant-garde choices. From November 27 to December 20, 2024, she will transform this den of exclusivity into an eclectic universe where luxury flirts with the unusual. Jewelry, watches, handbags and contemporary works of art (by Andy Picci, Inès Mélia and many others) rub shoulders with exceptional glass creations engraved by Lobmeyr, Helle Mardahl and Maison Balzac.
Everyday objects revisited by Gohar World and delicatessen delights (Sant Ambroeus, Palomas) also add their share of discoveries to this curation thought out in minute detail. A bonus? A final nod to skateboard culture, with the reference book "Skateboard Culture" as a common thread.
The Salon Sotheby' s is the new luxury, arty and ultra-stylish meeting place, to be discovered on the Faubourg Saint Honoré from November 27!
