We're off to make the most of the last few days of Jardin d'été at the Musée du Quai Branly, the famous free, fun-filled program on the themes of nature, the environment and living things that delights us every summer. You still have until Sunday August 28 to spend a quiet, enriching moment just a stone's throw from the Seine and the Eiffel Tower.

Until August 28, 2022, the musée du quai Branly is still offering its free summer program: jardin d'été. The perfect opportunity to go green! For a few more days, you'll be able to take advantage of a wide range of free activities combining relaxation and festivities, around the themes of nature, theenvironment and living things.

Games, writing workshops, reading, gardening and sowing with Japanese kokedama initiations, tales from around the world, green walks and quizzes: there's something for everyone, young and old. A new booklet and podcast dedicated to the garden complete the offer this year for a complete immersive experience.

Every day, visitors can take part in green walks to discover the garden's flora and fauna. On Sundays, a family workshop to make a planting card awaits you. A series of mini-activities punctuate Fridays, echoing the exhibition Microworlds - Living with Small Beings. And on Saturdays, there's plenty of storytelling to lull you to sleep and take you on a journey.

On the program for the last few days:

  • A meeting with Gilles Clément, the garden's designer, on Wednesday August 24.
  • A Salon d'été, a space dedicated to reading and games, open daily.
  • A nocturne on Thursday, August 25, from 6 to 10 p.m., with free admission to the permanent collections and the Power & Prestige, Microworlds and Dinh Q.exhibitions. (last admission at 9.15pm).

Sheltered behind the glass palisade that protects the museum from the hustle and bustle of the city, in the shade of parasols or on deckchairs, Jardin d'été offers a truly soothing and refreshing interlude in the heart of Paris.
