The Centre Pompidou organizes the 19th edition of its "Hors Pistes" festival, which aims to highlight important current issues through contemporary art. A free festival to experience from January 18 to February 18, 2024.
The Centre Pompidou invites us to take part in the 19th edition of"Hors Pistes", itscontemporary art festival dealing with topical issues. A free festival (for the majority of events), to be experienced from January 18 to February 18, 2024. This year, the theme chosen for the festival is"The Rules of Sport", a theme obviously inspired by the major sporting events marking the capital, such as the Women's Football World Cup, the Rugby World Cup, and the Paris 2024 Olympic Games.
Over the course of a month, the Centre Pompidou is therefore offering a variety of events, from documentaries to fiction, from exhibitions to live performances and cinema. The contemporary artists invited encourage us to reflect on representations of war, the stakes of peace, and the sacrifices made to move from one to the other.
The detailed program of the event has just been unveiled by the Musée d'Art Moderne et Contemporain: several major events await us at this 2024 edition of the Hors Pistes festival. Several films are scheduled, as well as an exhibition, meetings, round tables, conferences, a concert... Here's what you won't want to miss.
