Oyé oyé! On Saturday, May 25 and Sunday, May 26, 2024, live in the time of fortified castles and knights, at Château de Blandy-les-Tours. For its annual Seigneuriales, the medieval château in Seine-et-Marne transforms itself to take you back in time, and offers you the chance to live in the Middle Ages for 48 hours.
What's on the program? Attend a medieval tournament between the lord of Blandy and a mysterious knight, see falconers demonstrate their skills, watch the castle princess train her horses, or sit down to a grand medieval banquet on Saturday evening! In short, spend a day immersed in the festive customs and traditions of the Middle Ages, when the château de Blandy-les-Tours was home to the lord of Blandy.
To take part in these Seigneuriales, all you have to do is pay admission to the château, at no extra charge for this festive weekend, and bearing in mind thatadmission is free for under-18s! Otherwise, expect to pay between €5 (reduced rate) and €7 (full rate) to take part in this not-to-be-missed medieval festival in the Paris region.
