Despite the Covid pandemic that keeps on spreading over the world, and the closure of its parks, Disneyland Paris puts on a great spread for its 29th birthday. As a matter of fact, April 12, 2021 will be a day filled with virtual celebrations. A very festive day announced a few days ago by the Parisian park ambassador, Giona Prevete, on social networks, detailing the digital event full of surprises.
On the menu then, many good things such as a “Walk the Park to discover the history of [the] Resort” with Yves Benyeta from Walt Disney Imagineering and Catherine Chevreux – Manager Consumer Insight – both here when the park opened in 1992. Another highlight is what lies ahead for the resort with Beth Clapperton from Walt Disney Imagineering, and David Duffy, Vice-President of Entertainment. Another highlight will be focusing on the Disney VoluntEARS mission, that has been working hard since the crisis broke out, to help as many people as possible.
And a great meeting between the current Disneyland Paris President – Natasha Rafalski – and one of the former Presidents of the resort – Philippe Bourguignon. And to attend the celebration, meet from 8 p.m. on Disneyland Paris Ambassadors Facebook page. It will help you wait for the reopening of parks – as no date has been given so far, because of the health situation.
