For this event, we're off to enjoy a bird walk guided by Solen Boivin, an expert nature animator. Scheduled for 10:30 a.m., this walk promises a unique experience, where you'll learn to identify different species of birds through their songs and behaviors.
On this 2 km loop, we'll be putting our senses to the service of the birds. How do we observe them? What are the key criteria for identifying them? Why not listen to them too? Do their songs give us any clues? Finches, warblers, robins, chickadees, woodpeckers and a few waterbirds will be on hand. This walk, open to the general public, is a great opportunity to discover birds in a magnificent natural setting.
