The Parc de l'étrange, when Halloween takes over the Parc de Saint-Cloud to send shivers down our spines

Oyez folks, the Parc de Saint-Cloud will be transformed into a Parc de l'Étrange for the first time this Halloween, from October 18 to November 2, 2024. Will you be brave enough to cross the haunted forest to await the gates of hell?

This year, the Parc de Saint-Cloud has a wonderful surprise in store for us. We're all familiar with Lumières en Seine, which takes up residence in the park during the winter to give us a magical experience, but you're not yet familiar with the Parc de l'Étrange, which takes over the site this autumn with the sole aim of making us shiver.

For the very first time, from October 18 to November 2, 2024, the famous Hauts-de-Seine park will be decked out inHalloween colors. Will you be curious enough or brave enough to melt into this fantastic universe? A 1.5 km immersive trail unfolds, featuring 13 captivating scenes, plunging you into a world of scary or fun (depending on your level of courage), punctuated by astonishing animations.

To reach the enigmatic Circus Circus, a legendary circus reputed to be frequented only by the bravest of souls, you have to pass through a series of frightening ordeals. The Haunted Forest is the first stage of this terrifying journey. Immerse yourself in a dark and mysterious atmosphere where every step awakens chills.

Then face the spider's lair, a place populated by monstrous creatures guaranteed to get the adrenaline pumping.

Witches' spells are another challenge to overcome. These sorceresses, with their rituals and curses, will try to divert you from your path. You'll also have to pass through the dreaded gates of hell, an ultimate ordeal that will test the bravery of even the most daring. Each stage of this journey is designed to immerse you in a unique and terrifying setting, guaranteeing thrills for all. And beware of those who get caught...

Actors and circus performers are on hand to embody mysterious, eerie creatures, bringing to life tableaux as fascinating as they are frightening. All along the fantastic trail, we're accompanied by sinister music, diabolical laughter and immersive sound effects to reinforce the chilling Halloween atmosphere.

More than ever,interactivity is on the menu. For an evening, you become an integral part of the show. You're invited to take part in certain scenes, or to solve riddles as you make your way through this strange world. Every step of the way is designed to create a unique and memorable experience. The Parc de Saint-Cloud, already renowned for its beauty, is transformed into a mysterious place, where the thrill of discovery mingles with the pleasure of discovery. You'll find yourself wandering between century-old trees, where the imaginary meets the fantastic. Some scenes lend themselves particularly well to photo ops, so we're sure to make the most of them.

At the end of the tour, as being scared makes you hungry and thirsty, you can take advantage of the stands offering burgers and hot dogs, waffles and doughnuts, chocolate and mulled wine.

The stroll ends with the highlight of the show, a fireworks display accompanied by a ballet of drones, shot over the plain at 7pm, 8pm, 9pm and 10pm. It's the perfect way to round off a stroll full of surprises and laughter, with a hot chocolate in hand.
