On Saturday, September 21 and Sunday, September 22, 2024, the city of Versailles is organizing a new edition of its Potters' Days, showcasing Paris Region know-how around terracotta.

For the past 26 years, the Journées des Potiers have been held in Versailles every September: for ceramics lovers and enthusiasts alike, this is the not-to-be-missed event in the Île-de-France region!

On the program: discover a large-scale craft market with over 35 exhibitors from all over France (hand-picked) to help you discover the secrets of their know-how. Between tradition and modernity, ceramics is the common thread running through this major event dedicated to craftsmanship, with children's activities offered free of charge every afternoon for families. This year, a special area will welcome three young ceramists, to give them a chance to showcase the beginnings of their businesses. Finally, a competition to elect the best stand will also be organized - and open to visitors - with the winner announced at the end of the day on Sunday.

The Journées des potiers 2024 program:

  • large ceramics market, all weekend long
  • children's entertainment, afternoons from 2pm to 5pm
  • competition to choose the best stand, results on Sunday at 5pm

See you on Avenue de Saint-Cloud, Versailles (78), on Saturday 21 and Sunday 22 September 2024, all day long!
